Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Policy
The following methods are currently available for depositing funds on the bao88 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳100.
4.2 Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, additional time may be required if account verification has not been completed or in special circumstances.
4.3 Transaction Terms
- Deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name only.

4.4 Currency
All transactions on bao88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Applicable exchange rates and related charges may apply for transactions in foreign currencies.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members on bao88 can receive up to a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (bonus amount × 15). Withdrawal will not be possible after receiving the bonus without meeting this requirement.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period and the wagering requirements must be met within that time.
- When playing with a bonus, the amount wagered in some games may be counted differently toward the wagering requirements.
- Attempting to claim a bonus using multiple accounts or a VPN will result in the bonus being cancelled.
- bao88 reserves the right to change or discontinue bonus offers at any time.
- If any irregularity or manipulation in bonus activity is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
5.3 VIP Program
The bao88 VIP program has four tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular gameplay and receive weekly cashback benefits. Weekly cashback of up to 0.3% is available at the Bronze tier, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, and 1.2% at Platinum. The criteria for the relevant tier must be met to receive VIP benefits. bao88 reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of the VIP program.
Game Rules
6.1 Fair Play
bao88 is committed to ensuring a fair and safe gaming environment for all players. SSL encryption is used on our platform and all games follow fair play principles.
6.2 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and betting category. These limits are displayed in the game interface. bao88 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.
6.3 Technical Issues
If any game remains incomplete due to a technical fault, server disruption, or loss of connection, bao88 will decide at its sole discretion whether to void that game or offer the opportunity to replay it. bao88 reserves the right to cancel any unexpected winnings arising from a technical fault.
6.4 Game Results
The results of all games are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). In the case of live casino games, the live dealer's activities are conducted according to established rules. In the event of any dispute regarding game results, bao88's decision will be considered final.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the bao88 platform, and if such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately:

- Using any cheating software, bots, automation tools, or third-party helper software.

Account Suspension
8.1 Suspension by bao88
bao88 may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:
- Suspicion or evidence of a breach of the terms and conditions.
- Failure to provide the required verification documents.
- No activity on the account for an extended period of time.
- Request or order from a law enforcement agency.
- A voluntary suspension request under the responsible gaming policy.
8.2 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request to close your account at any time through bao88's live chat support. All pending transactions must be completed and the verification process must be finalized before the account is closed.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
If an account has had no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, it will be considered inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to such accounts. Please contact the support team to reactivate an inactive account.
Limitation of Liability
The operator of the bao88 platform accepts no liability in the following cases:
- Loss caused by loss of internet connection or technical failure.
- Any issues caused by third-party game providers.
- Loss caused by improper management of the user's account information.
